The 387th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 27th November 2024 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque & Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting.
