The 5th meeting of the newly formed Audit Committee of the Union Bank PLC. was held at the bank’s head office in Gulshan on 10 December, 2024. Chairman of the Audit Committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, presided over the meeting. Members of the Audit Committee Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed were present. In the meeting, the audit report of various branches of the bank and related issues were reviewed.
