bKash, BSK’sbook reading programmeexpanded toPanchagarh, Dinajpur

‘Book reading programme’ of BishwoShahittoKendro (BSK) in partnership withbKash has been expanded to Panchagarh and Dinajpurto nurture the habit of reading books among students.

Under theprogramme, students of Panchagarh Government Girls High School,HaziSafirUddinAhmmad Girls School and College andMaghoiPanimachPukuri High school in Panchagarh andSaradeshwari Girls High School andChehelGaziShikshaNiketon in Dinajpurhave received books.

MdJahurul Islam,Panchagarh deputy commissioner, and Khaled Mohammad Zaki,deputy commissioner ofDinajpur,had handed over the books among the students recently, said a press release.

Bkash is associated with the programmeofBishwoShahittoKendro since 2014 as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility programme.

Till now, more than 25 lakh books,including this year’s 40,000 books, have been distributed all over the country.

At present, 400 schools across the country are brought under this book reading programme.
