The board of directors of Bata has recommended a 260percent interim cash dividend for the year 2022, a press release said Sunday. Based on the third quarter 2022 results and the retained earnings up to 31 December 2021 Tk. 26 per share of Tk. 10 each for the year 2022, has been recommended by the directors in its 257th board meeting held on 27 October 2022 through digital platform. Directors, Anirban Asit Kumar Ghosh, vice chairman and MD, Shaibal Sinha director, K M Rezaul Hasanat independent director, Shambhu NathJha, finance director, and Hashim Reza, company secretary were also present.
