The ShahjalalIslami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has held the 349th meeting of the board of directors of recently at corporate head office of the bank, a press release said Friday. A few number of directors of the bank participated in this meeting through digital platform. The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the board of directors Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposal and reviewed various issue related to policy of the bank. Vice-chairman of the board Mohiuddin Ahmed, directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Khandaker Sakib Ahmed ,Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Nasir Uddin Khan, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman; independent director Ekramul Haque, MD & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and company secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
