BRAC Bank has established a lounge for convenience to the customers in availing retail banking services, a press release said Saturday. The lounge will cater to the retail banking needs of the customers, ensuring service excellence with tailor-made services and faster delivery. Selim R. F. Hussain, MD & CEO, the bank, inaugurated the lounge at Sepal Platinum Tower in Tejgaon, on October 26, 2022. M. Masud Rana, DMD & CFO; Md. Mahiul Islam, head of retail banking; Sheikh Mohammad Ashfaque were also present.
