SJIBL holds audit committee meeting

ShahjalalIslami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has held its 247th meeting of the board audit committee recently at corporate head office of the bank, a press release said Tuesday. The meeting was presided over by Ekramul Hoque, chairman of board audit committee of the bank. The director of the bank and member of the committee Abdul Halim participated in this meeting through digital platform. Independent director & member of the committee Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the MD & CEO, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and company secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present.
