The 360th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) held recently at Corporate Head Office of the Bank, a press release said on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Younus. Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim (Nazim), the Directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Mr. Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
