United Commercial Bank PLC (UCB) have approved 5 percent Stock dividend and 5 percent cash dividend for the year ended 31 December 2022 at its 40th Annual General Meeting on 26 June 2023, a press release said on Tuesday .
The meeting was presided by Mrs. Rukhmila Zaman; Chairman of the Bank. The AGM was conducted virtually to ensure health and safety concern.

Professor Dr. Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury virtually attended the AGM.
Moreover, Managing Director & CEO of UCB Mr. Arif Quadri and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Faruk Ahammad were also present at the AGM.
