An agreement signing ceremony between United Commercial Bank PLC and ZUNOKS consulting on an HR Transformation project (covering five pillars: Organisational Culture; Organization Design; Workforce Efficiency; Job Evaluation and Talent & Succession) was held on 8 August at the corporate office of the bank.
- Mustafa Tarek, DMD (HRMD) of UCB, and Matiul I Nowshad, co-founder and partner of ZUNOKS signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organisations, said a press release.
Arif Quadri, managing director and CEO of UCB along with other senior management from both organisations attended the ceremony.
