Prof. Quazi Quamruzzaman, Chairman of DCHT & CIS has been re-elected as chairman of A-PAD for next 3 years in its Annual Assembly in Colombo, Sri Lanka on September 5, 2023, a press release said Sunday.
He was elected its chairman for the first time in 2021.
He had taken the responsibilities, maintained the coordination among A-PAD countries and provided support on Disaster Risk Management for the last two years..
