BRAC Bank officially released its first sustainability report, highlighting its commitment towards a sustainable future. The report follows the widely recognised Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) framework, offering a voluntary and full disclosure of the bank’s comprehensive strategy in the area of sustainability with a particular focus on the impact on the environment, society and governance (ESG), a press release says. Selim RF Hussain, Managing Director and CEO of the bank, commended the bank on this significant success in publishing its first sustainability report and pledged that the focus on sustainability will continue by implementing a clear and emerging strategy.
