Padma Bank’s Annual Business Conference, themed “Road to Transition,” convened on January 13 ata five-star hotel in the capital. Dr. Chowdhury Nafeez Sarafat, Chairman of the Board of Directors, graced the event as the chief guest. Key attendees among the Board of Directors included Md. Murshedul Kabir (MD & CEO, Agrani Bank Plc), Md. Abul Hossain (MD, ICB), Shahnul Hasan Khan, Jahidur Rahman FCA, Syed Rafiqul Haq, and Dr. Farhana Monem (Independent Director). Tarek Reaz Khan, MD & CEO, presided over the conference, with Kazi Md. Talha delivering the welcome speech. Faisal Ahsan Chowdhury, DMD & CICCO and Dr. Mohammed Emtiaz Uddin DMD & Chief Business Officer presented a key-note paper on business and recovery. The event was also attended by Senior Management Team members, Branch Managers, Zonal Heads, and division heads, along with 250 officers and employees. Fifteen employees were recognized for outstanding performance in 2023, and the new product ‘Orjon-52’was unveiled.
