Evaly, a leading e-commerce platform in the country, has launched a ‘single click return policy’ wherein after ordering the product from Evaly, the customer can return it within 7 days free of cost with a single click if there is any wrong or damaged product, a press release said Tuesday. Once the customer clicks the return button, eCourier will return the product to the customer’s address. The customer will also get a refund for the returned product. Collecting products from this hub will further reduce the customer’s delivery charges.
