Robi Axiata Limited has received unified license from the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC). The term of the unified license is 15 years, with which Robi can provide all types of wireless mobile services including 5G. State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Zunaid Ahmed Palak officially handed over the license to Robi Axiata’s Chief Corporate and Regulatory Officer Shahed Alam at the Commission’s office on Monday. BTRC Chairman Mohiuddin Ahmed and senior officials of the commission and three operators were present at the license handing over ceremony.
