Masuma Khan Majlis, wife of Late Zakeria Khan Majlis passed away on Wednesday, 12 June 2024. Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi rajiun. She was the mother of Late Mahnaz Khan Majlis and Demir Khan Majlis, the youngest daughter of Abu Yousuf Lutful Kabir and Sofia Khatun of Mia Bari, Ghorasal, and the youngest sister of late Khairul Kabir, Ahmadul Kabir, Nurul Kabir, Munira Nuruddin and Anwarul Kabir (Shamim Kabir). She has left behind her son, daughter in law Tasneem Zakaria Teena, son in law Shahnawaz Adil, grandchildren Maisha, Simia and Dayem and a host of family and friends, who will sorely miss her kindness and hospitality.
Her Namaz-e-Janaza will be held baad Zuhr at Azad Mosque, Gulshan. Later, she will be taken to her ancestral home in Ghorasal for janaza and burial after Asr prayers. Her family have humbly requested all to pray for her departed soul.
