The SME Foundation and Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBPLC) signed an agreement to distribute investments under easy terms to entrepreneurs, including cluster, clientele, and association members, as well as women entrepreneurs in the production and service sectors across the country from the “Revolving Fund” provided by the government under the Credit Wholesaling Program of SME Foundation.
The Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Managing Director (Addl. Ch.) of SME Foundation Mr. Salahuddin Mahmud signed on the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations. In presence of the Senior Secretary of Ministry of Industries Ms. Zakia Sultana, the Deputy Managing Director of the Bank Mr. M. M. Saiful Islam and the Managing Director (Addl. Ch.) of SME Foundation Mr. Salahuddin Mahmud exchanged the documents after the agreement. The chairperson of SME Foundation Professor Prof. Dr. Md. Masudur Rahman presided over in the program.
