Huawei Bangladesh has also come forward to support the flood-affected people of Bangladesh. Huawei has signed an MoU with Obhizatrik Foundation, a non-profit organization, and handed over significant funds to aid flood-affected people with medical camps and houses. The donated funds will be utilized in two phases. In the first phase, medical camps in a few flood shelter centers and vessels will be established at the affected area. The medical camps will offer doctors’ advice, medicines, water purification kits, clean water, and other necessary medical support to the victims free of cost. In the second phase, when the flood water retreats, a few houses will be built and delivered free of cost to the needy people on their land. Obhizatrik Foundation will coordinate and operate all the medical camps, house-making, and distribution under this MoU.
