Pubali Bank PLC, as part of its social responsibility, has donated 05(Five) Crore Taka from its own funds to the Honorable Chief Advisor’s Relief Fund to aid in the relief and rehabilitation efforts for the flood-affected regions. Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank, handed over the donation cheque to Farooq E Azam (Bir Protik), Honorable Advisor to the Ministry of Disaster Management and Relief. Md. Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director and Mohammad Mizanur Rahman, AGM & Public Relations Officer of the bank were also present. Additionally, the bank’s employees have contributed the equivalent of one day’s salary (01 crore taka) in relief materials, which are being directly distributed to flood-hit areas through the bank’s own management.
