The 2nd board meeting of the newly formed board of directors of Union Bank PLC. was held on 12th September in the presence of all the members of the board at the head office of the bank under the Chairmanship of honorable Chairman Md. Fariduddin Ahmed. In the meeting, the latest overall business achievements of the bank were discussed in detail. Emphasis is placed on deposit collection and recovery of overdue investments to resolve various issues at the earliest. The board of directors urged the management authorities to implement the recommendations and directives of the recently held meeting of the bank Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee.
