Robi Axiata PLC recently arranged an exclusive meetup session titled “bdapps Connect: Engage and Innovate 2024” honoring the top app developers. Held at Robi’s Corporate office in Tejgaon, Dhaka, the event brought together the top 50 developers of bdapps in 2024, the prestigious national appstore of the country. The day-long programme featured discussions, innovation sessions, and networking opportunities. A standout segment of the event was the App Idea Generation Competition, where participants presented team-based app concepts. ‘Team Power Rangers’ claimed first place for their innovative idea in the railway sector, with Sumit Sikder recognized as the top performer. Shihab Ahmed, Chief Commercial Officer of Robi Axiata PLC, and Shafiq Shamsur Razzaq, General Manager of Digital VAS & New Business, were in attendance. Special guest Renowned content creator and founder of Digital Dropouts, Rafayat Rakib, graced the occasion as special guest, sharing insights from his inspirational journey for encouraging developers to move forward in their careers.
