Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) and MARS Apparels Limited recently signed an agreement, a press release said Saturday. Khorshed Anowar, DMD and Head of Retail and SME Banking, Eastern Bank PLC (EBL) and Mohsin Ahmed, Managing Director, MARS Apparels Limited signed a payroll banking deal at the latter’s corporate office in Chattogram, according to a media release. Under the agreement, employees of Mars Apparels will enjoy a suite of comprehensive payroll banking services including customized interest rates on personal loans, home loans, and other financial products. Sanjay Das, Head of Corporate Business, Mohammed Nasir Uddin, Corporate Banking; Trisha Taklim, Head of Payroll Banking from EBL, and Kabir Hossain, Assistant General Manager from Mars Apparels were present among others.
