BRAC Bank and BRAC University hosted the graduation ceremony for 29 women from the bank’s women entrepreneur accelerator programme, ‘Uddokta 101’. BRAC Bank’s Women Banking TARA runs its signature grooming initiative, ‘Uddokta 101’ to help women fulfil their entrepreneurial dreams. With the programme running at several universities, this has emerged as a platform for up-and-coming businesswomen in light of the rising interest in entrepreneurship among women in Bangladesh. This comprehensive programme is aimed at facilitating promising entrepreneurs in honing their managerial and entrepreneurial skills to succeed in business ventures. The graduation took place at the university campus on September 23, 2024. It marked the completion of a three-month certification course designed to develop and equip women entrepreneurs with essential business skills.
