NSU to hold Inter-University Photography Exhibition

The North South University Art and Photography Club proudly announces the 13th edition of the International Inter-University Photography Exhibition (IIUPE), a globally recognized event showcasing the artistic talents and perspectives of student photographers from around the world. Now in its 13th year, IIUPE has become a prestigious platform for emerging artists, bringing together perspectives across cultures and continents to celebrate the power of visual storytelling.

This year, IIUPE reached new heights with record participation. Nearly 450 university photographers from 50 countries submitted a remarkable 18,000 entries, underscoring the event’s growth and its role in fostering cross-cultural connections and artistic dialogue. In line with its mission to inspire creativity and innovation, this year’s competition saw submissions spanning a range of styles and themes, encouraging participants to push the boundaries of photographic expression.

A distinguished panel of judges, including award-winning photographer Andrew Biraj, Leica camera ambassador Rohit Vohra, and TTL founder Saud Al Faisal, selected the finest works from this vast pool of talent. Their expertise and keen eye for excellence ensured that the selected works represent the highest standards of visual art.

The exhibition will be held across three countries, with venues including Siddhartha Art Gallery in Nepal on November 8-9, Liberation War Museum in Dhaka from November 15-18, Charles Sturt University in Australia on November 26-27 and North South University’s Exhibition Hall from November 25-30. Each venue will showcase a curated selection of work, offering the public an opportunity to appreciate the stories, cultural insights, and perspectives brought to life by young photographers.
