LafargeHolcim Bangladesh PLC (LHBL) has been honored with the prestigious ‘Gold’ Award, the top recognition under the Cement Manufacturing category at the 14th Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) National Award held on 14 November, 2024 at a city hotel. The company won the ‘Gold Award’ for the second year in a row for its corporate governance practices as well as transparency and accountability in overall management. Mr. Iqbal Chowdhury, Chief Executive Officer of the company received the award from Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed, Adviser to the Ministry of Finance and Mr. Sk. Bashir Uddin, Adviser to the Ministry of Commerce who were present as the chief guest and special guest respectively.
