Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC (IBBL) received “Top Remittance Receiver Bank Award 2024” announced at the Bangladesh Remittance Fair organized in New York. On the occasion, Raihanul Islam Chowdhury, senior vice president of the Bangladesh-USA Chamber of Commerce and Industry, handed over the crest and certificate to Obayed Ullah Al Masud, chairman of the bank, at the Islami Bank Tower on 1 December. Mohammed Monirul Moula, managing director, Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Md. Altaf Hossain, Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder, additional managing directors, Md. Rafiqul Islam, deputy managing director, A K M Mahbub Morshed, senior executive vice president, Mohammad Masud, executive vice president and Nazrul Islam, senior vice president of the bank, Madhu Sudan Saha & Ritesh Saha, Bangladesh representatives of Bangladesh-USA Chamber of Commerce and Industry along with the executives and officials of Islami Bank were present at the ceremony.
