The Department of Architecture at North South University (NSU) proudly hosted the Thesis Project Exhibition & Book Launch for Spring 2024 from December 2 to December 4, 2024, on the university campus.
This distinguished event showcased the innovative and forward-thinking thesis projects developed by the talented architecture students of Spring 2024. Under the expert mentorship of Ar. Mujtaba Ahsan and Ar. A K M Saleh Ahmed Anik, these projects exemplified a harmonious fusion of creativity, technical proficiency, and a commitment to addressing contemporary architectural challenges.
A key highlight of the event was the launch of the Thesis Book Spring 2024, a publication that encapsulated the diverse and imaginative works of the students. This book is an invaluable resource, offering insights into the dynamic ideas and groundbreaking designs envisioned by the next generation of architects. The inaugural ceremony, held on December 2, 2024, was graced by the esteemed presence of Prof. Abdul Hannan Chowdhury, Vice-Chancellor of NSU, as the Chief Guest, and internationally renowned architect Prof. Md. Rafiq Azam as the Guest of Honor. Prof. Dr. Shazzad Hosain, Dean of SEPS, was also in attendance. During the opening ceremony, the Department Chairman, Ar. Shahriar Iqbal Raj extended his heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the distinguished guests and participating students.
