The first nor’wester of this season has swept over six districts, including the capital city, this afternoon.
The tropical storm hit Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Gazipur, Madaripur, Barishal and Dhaka with a wind speed of around 30 km per hour.
The drizzle started in Dhaka around 3:30 pm. A gusty wind sweeps across Mirpur, Gabtoli, Mohammadpur, Old Dhaka and Uttara areas.
Weather office sources said, Rain/thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna & Sylhet divisions. The weather may remain dry elsewhere over the country.
Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
