The 361st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) was held on 12th July, 2023 at Corporate Head Office of the bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. Abdul Barek, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, and Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed participated in this meeting through digital platform. Mr. A. K. Azad, Mr. Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mrs. Tahera Faruque, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. K. A. M. Majedur Rahman, Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present at the meeting.
