The 365th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) was held on Wednesday (23 August)at the Corporate Head Office of the Bank.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Mohammed Younus. The Board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed & Mr. Abdul Karim (Nazim) (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Khan (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Fakir Mashrikuzzaman (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Md. Abul Bashar was also present at the meeting.
