The 374th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIB) was held on 25th February at Corporate Head Office of the bank by maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. A. K. Azad, MP. The Vice-Chairman of the board Mohammed Younus, the directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim (Nazim), Md. Abdul Barek, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Md. Towhidur Rahman, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque participated in this meeting through digital platform. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque and Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
