The 379th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC (SJIBL) held recently at the Corporate Head Office of the bank. The meeting was presided over by the Vice-Chairman of the Board Directors Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposals. The Vice-Chairman of the board Mohiuddin Ahmed, the directors Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Karim, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque, Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Ekramul Haque, K. A. M. Majedur Rahman and Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed were present in the meeting. Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the bank Md. Abul Bashar were also present at the meeting.
