The 381st meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC. held on 03rd July 2024 at Corporate Head Office of the Bank. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad, MP. The Board approved a number of investment proposal.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed participated in this meeting through digital platform. the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
