As like many others e-commerce platform, Alesha Mart is providing online customer care service to its customers. Within a short time the company is going to serve special physical customer care service to get closer with customers.
In a total 3 lahk orders being delivered to its customers. In percentage, 100% suppliers of the company got their full payment, a press release said on Sunday.
Manjurul Alam Sikder, Chairman and MD of Alesha Mart said, ‘‘The Company has been received only 10 complaints the Consumer Rights Act. Most of the allegations have been settled,’’ in the press meet on July 18, 2021.
He added, ‘‘People become confused how we deliver products by giving offer. We are providing products in offer with recovering money from our own. All over the world the e-commerce business is going on like this.’’
He also added, ‘‘Not only giving offers but also giving well service we want to occupy e-commerce market.’’
