Banglalink has officially started the registration process for the fifth season of Ennovators, a digital ideation competition for innovative youngsters aiming to build successful careers. Monzula Morshed, Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Banglalink made an announcement on the competition at a virtual press conference held Thursday.
Abdul Muqit Ahmed, Digital Services Director, Toffee, Qazi Urfi Ahmad, Brands & Communications Director, Ayesha Saeed, Head of Talent Management, Banglalink and other high officials of the organization also participated in the online event.
The most innovative participants will get the opportunity to upskill themselves through grooming, boot camps, workshops and other activities of the programme. The winning team of four members will be announced following a rigorous selection procedure. The champion team will be able to directly participate in Banglalink’s “Assessment Center of the Strategic Assistant Programme.” The first and second runner-up team members will also get a direct entry to the program along with attractive prizes. In addition, all members of the top five teams will be automatically qualified for Banglalink’s “Advanced Internship Program (AIP).” They can also participate in Banglalink’s “Learn from the Startups” and “Campus to Corporate,” two programs designed to provide them with an exposure to startup and corporate experiences respectively.
Students from any UGC-approved university can join Banglalink Ennovators by getting registered at https://ennovators.banglalink.net. The registration period will end on 16 October, 2021.
Thousands of enthusiastic students took part in the first four seasons of Ennovators. Banglalink wants to take this initiative forward as part of its commitment to youth empowerment.
