Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) held its 1st Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) & 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday at Sheraton Dhaka.Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank and President of FBCCI & SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry presided over the meeting. MahbubulAlam, Vice Chairman & newly elected President of FBBCI and Engineer GhulamMohammed Alomgir, Vice Chairman of the Bank also joined the meeting along withother directors and sponsor shareholders of the bank. Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the bank attended the AGM while the Deputy Managing Directors and Company Secretary of the bank joined the meeting along with other high officials.
