Bengal Commercial Bank Limited (BCBL) and Wagely Bangladesh Ltd. have signed an agreement over Earned Wage Access (EWA) service on 11October 2022, a press release said Tuesday. The partnership will allow BGCB to refer wagely to their payroll customers wherein the customers gain the benefit of accessing earned wage access. Tarik Morshed, MD & CEO of the bank and Tobias Fischer, CEO & co-founder of wagely signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations held at BGCB head office in Gulshan. K. M. Awlad Hossain, DMD& CBO of the bank; Md. Abdus Salam, head of CMSME business and Sagir Ahmed Robin, head of channel partnerships of wagely were also present.
