Bengal Commercial Bank Ltd. (BCBL) and Trust Bank Ltd have signed a sub-correspondent agreement recently, a press release said Sunday. Under the agreement, BCBL’s clients can send remittances to any branches of the bank through Ria Money Transfer. An official ceremony was arranged to mark the ‘RIA Money Transfer sub-correspondent agreement’ and inauguration of the remittance service on 15 September 2022, at BCBL head office. Tarik Morshed, MD & CEO of BCBL and Humaira Azam, MD & CEO of Trust Bank Limited, Shahid Hossain, advisor to BCBL, K. M. Awlad Hossain, DMD & CBO, Md Rafiqul Islam, DMD & CTO of the BCBL, Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, DMD & CBO of Trust Bank Limited; A.K.M. Nazmul Hossain, country manager – Bangladesh of Ria Money Transfer were also present .
