Bengal Commercial Bank Limited and Bengal Islami life Insurance Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on payroll service 6 June 2022 at the bank’s head office in Gulshan, a press release said Tuesday.
Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the bank and MM Monirul Alam, Managing Director & CEO of insurance company, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective companies.
K. M. Awlad Hossain, DMD & CBO of the bank, Md Rafiqul Islam, DMD & CTO, Shamsul Islam, SVP & CFO of Bengal Islami Life Insurance and other senior officials from both the companies were also present.
The Bengal Commercial Bank earlier signed another deal with Bengal Islami Life Insurance over health insurance.
