Tarik Morshed, MD & CEO of Bengal Commercial Bank Ltd. (BGBL) has congratulated Md Jashim Uddin, Chairman of Bengal Commercial Bank and President of FBCCI, on behalf of the Bank for being the President of Saarc Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), a press release said on Wednesday. Amongst other members of the Board, Deputy Managing Directors and Company Secretary were also present during the felicitation. Jashim Uddin will take over the presidency of SCCI on 25th May 2023 for the period of 2023-24 from Iftikhar Ali Malik, a Pakistani business leader.
