Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) promoted Md. Humayun Kabir, FCS, SEVP & Company Secretary as Deputy Managing Director (DMD).
Md. Humayun Kabir, FCS joined Bengal Commercial Bank PLC. in the year 2018 as Executive Vice President & Company Secretary. He played a vital role in the entire preliminary works in relation to formation of the Bank as well as in the Bank’s overall development since its establishment. He started his banking career with Social Islami Bank PLC. in 2000. During his 24 years of professional career he assumed various significant roles including Head of Share Department & Company Secretary of SIBL and CEO of SIBL Securities Limited.
Md. Humayun Kabir, FCS is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) having Masters in Social Science and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree.
