Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) has opened its new sub-branch at Poddar Bazar in Lakshmipur, a press release said Wednesday. Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of BGCB and President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI), inaugurated the branch on 29 January. Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the bank, presided over the inaugural ceremony while K. M. Awlad Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & CBO, Company Secretary, clients, businessmen and local elites were also present.
