Bengal Commercial Bank (BGCB) has opened a sub-branch at Ashkona, Dakshinkhan in Dhaka, a press release said Tuesday. S.M. Faruqi Hasan (CIP), sponsor director of the bank and chairman of the risk management committee, inaugurated the sub-branch on 20 December 2022. Tarik Morshed, MD and CEO of the bank presided over the ceremony. Shahid Hossain, advisor to the bank; K. M. Awlad Hossain, DMD & CBO of the bank were also present.
