A day long training workshop titled ‘Plantation planning, collection and storage of medicinal plants’ was jointly organized by Bangladesh Herbal Products Manufacturing Association (BHPMA) and Medicinal Plants and Herbal Products Business Promotion Council (MPHPBPC) under commerce ministry recently, said a press release.
Md. Abdur Rahim Khan, joint secretary, of commerce ministry and co-ordinator of BPC was present as chief guest while Dr. Alamgir Mati, president of BHMPA, presided over the workshop.
Brigadier General (Retd) Khandakar Farhad Hossain, director (admin), Modern Herbal Group, Dr. Anowar Mushataq, program co-ordinator, BHPMA were also present as special guests, the release read.
