BRAC Bank has appointed 55 new talents as Young Leaders through its signature onboarding initiative – the Young Leaders’ Programme (YLP). The one-year programme provides structured learning opportunities and 360-degree exposure to different functions within the bank, offering a sustainable and ambitious career path. This recruitment is part of BRAC Bank’s strategy to double its business by 2025. The young Leaders are expected to drive innovation and foster a vibrant corporate environment. Upon successful completion of this development programme, these young talents will be placed in different roles in the bank based on their interests and capabilities.
