BRAC Bank discusses service quality

Bank recently held a view exchange session with Agent Banking partners to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, a press release said Friday. During this engaging session, partners were briefed on the bank’s strategy and future business roadmap as BRAC Bank plans a significant expansion of its alternative banking channels. The interactive event, attended by Selim R. F. Hussain, MD and CEO, and the senior leadership team of BRAC Bank, provided an opportunity to listen to field experiences and customer feedback from 51 agent partners representing 37 districts.
