BRAC Bank has opened a new sub-branch at Mahiganj in Rangpur.

Syed Abdul Momen, Deputy Managing Director & Head of SME Banking, BRAC Bank, formally inaugurated the new sub-branch in Shawdagar Complex, JB Sen Road at Mahiganj in Rangpur recently. A.K.M.Tareq, Senior Zonal Head and other senior officials from the bank’s distribution network attended the ceremony.
In 2022, BRAC Bank introduced its sub-branch network to its multi-channel distribution network to take best-in-class banking services to customers’ doorsteps across the country. The sub-branch operations are being run as per the license issued by Bangladesh Bank.
At the sub-branch in Mahiganj, customers can avail themselves of a range of banking services, including account opening, cash deposit and withdrawal, pension scheme deposit, fund transfer using EFTN and RTGS, remittance service, utility bill payment, credit card, student file, consumer loan, debit card and cheque book processing, Astha App enrollment, school banking, savings instruments, and many more. Establishing the sub-branch is part of BRAC Bank’s commitment to reach out to more people and cover more localities as part of its multi-channel strategy.
