BRAC Bank Limited has signed a custodial services agreement with PLI Asset Management Limited at the bank’s head office on January 12, 2023, a press release said Sunday. This agreement will enable BRAC Bank to provide custodial services to PLI Asset Management Limited for the operation of mutual fund titled ‘PLI AML 1st Unit Fund’, a new open-ended mutual fund. Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, DMD & Head of Corporate Banking, BRAC Bank; and Mohammed Hafiz Uddin, Managing Director & CEO, PLI Asset Management; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.Khan Muhammad Faisol, senior manager; Azmul Hasan Jahid, from the transaction banking team of BRAC Bank, and Md. Jamal Uddin, DGM, investment; and Tareqe Bin Siraj, DGM, Admin and HR, company secretary, PLI Asset Management Limited; were also present.
