BRAC Bank Limited and Sandhani Asset Management Limited have signed a Custodial Service Agreement.
This agreement enables BRAC Bank Limited to provide custodial services to Sandhani Asset Management to operate ‘Sandhani AML SLIC Fixed Income Fund’, a new open-ended mutual fund.
Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Corporate Banking, BRAC Bank; and Mir Ariful Islam, Managing Director & CEO, Sandhani Asset Management; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the bank’s head office on April 19, 2022. Md. Jabedul Alam, Head of Transaction Banking, Khan Muhammad Faisol, Senior Manager; Md. Azmul Hasan Jahid, Associate Relationship Manager from the Transaction Banking team of BRAC Bank Limited, and Md. Tanvir Islam, Chief Investment Officer; AvikPodder, Senior Officer of Sandhani Asset Management Limited were also present at the ceremony
