BRAC Bank has signed a payment gateway agreement with Foodi Express Limited facilitating seamless payment facility for customers of the food delivery platform in Bangladesh.
Md. Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director & Head of Retail Banking, BRAC Bank, and Shahnewas Mannan, COO, Foodi Express Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at BRAC Bank Head Office in Dhaka on July 15, 2024.
Under the agreement, Foodi will be able to accept payments for online food delivery using VISA, MasterCard, and bKash through its official website (foodibd.com) and mobile app.
The arrangement also enables Foodi to initiate refund and cancellation requests of online food purchased through VISA, MasterCard, bKash with faster processing time. Leveraging the state-of-the-art Online Merchant Service Portal equipped with smart payment capabilities, BRAC Bank will extend the best-in-class services to valued customers of Foodi offering a number of cashless payment
